Watch The New Trailer Now!

The Netflix original film Bright, starring Will Smith, Joel Edgerton and Noomi Rapace, has a new trailer online. The crime drama is set in a world where orcs and fairies co-exist with humans. This new look gives us a better idea of the story and characters. It's such a unique and interesting idea that anyone would be curious to check out. Basically, it's The Lord of the Rings meets Lethal Weapon. The fantasy world is rarely brought to our modern-day setting and mashing a magical story with a buddy cop drama has never been done before. Bright is Suicide Squad and Fury director David Ayer’s next project and is written by Max Landis. The film re-teams Ayer with Suicide Squad star Will Smith, along with Joel Edgerton and Noomi Rapace.

Bright is directed by David Ayer, written by Max Landis, produced by Ayer, Eric Newman and Bryan Unkeless, and stars Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Lucy Fry, Edgar Ramirez, Margaret Cho, Ike Barinholtz, Enrique Murciano, Jay Hernandez, Andrea Navedo, Veronica Ngo, Alex Meraz, Brad William Henke, Dawn Olivieri, and Kenneth Choi. Set in an alternate present-day where humans, orcs, elves and fairies have been coexisting since the beginning of time, this action-thriller follows two cops from very different backgrounds. Ward, a human, and Jakoby, an orc, embark on a routine night patrol that will alter the future of their world as they know it. Battling both their own personal differences as well as an onslaught of enemies, they must work together to protect a young female elf and a thought-to-be-forgotten relic, which in the wrong hands could destroy everything. The movie will begin streaming only on Netflix December 22.
